The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Cernobbio town center and a 10-minute drive to Como town center. The rooms were average, clean enough, but lacked readiness and clear guidance despite holding Gold status with the chain and booking a club room. The service was nice overall but more helpful during the day than in the evening. The location is decent, perfect for those who enjoy the morning run or want to catch the boat shuttle to Como, although it's near a busy street with limited nearby attractions. The dining offered a wide variety of dishes but lacked certain options like hash browns. Room service and other amenities were available. Facilities seemed sufficient with various services on offer.
